These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Candy Cards website and the purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Products and Orders
– All products shown on our website are subject to availability. – A contract is formed only when we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. – Prices are displayed in Euros and may include VAT depending on your location.
Payments
– We accept secure payments via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
– All transactions comply with the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2), including Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
– Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
Delivery
– Digital products (e.g., gift codes) are typically delivered instantly via email.
– Physical goods are dispatched within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise.
– Delivery times may vary by location. Delays may occur due to customs or postal issues beyond our control.
How We Protect Your Data
Due to the nature of our product
— such as sealed trading card packs, collectible items, and randomized content
— we do not accept returns once an item has been dispatched or delivered.
This policy applies even if the product has not been opened, as our products are often part of limited or collector-based releases. However, if you experience:
- Delivery issues
- Damaged or missing items
- Incorrect contents in your order
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at business@candycards.eu. We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
We care deeply about our customers and handle all requests on a case-by-case basis with fairness and transparency.
Gift Cards & Discount Codes
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

All content on this site, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Candy Cards or our partners. You may not use or reproduce any content without written permission.
Liability & Disclaimers
- We are not liable for delays or failures outside our control.
- Products are sold “as-is” except where required otherwise under Irish or EU law.
- Candy Cards is not liable for misuse of digital codes once delivered.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, unless you reside in another EU country, in which case your local rights may apply.
