What Are “Raw Cards”?
“Raw cards” refers to collectible trading cards sold as-is, without any third-party grading, authentication, or professional evaluation.
This includes:
- Cards pulled from sealed packs
- Singles purchased directly from Candy Cards
- Cards included as part of promotional items, bundles, or giveaways
Unless otherwise specified, all cards are considered raw and ungraded.
Condition Expectations
We do our best to ensure cards are in excellent condition, particularly those sold as individual singles. However:
- Cards pulled from factory-sealed products may have minor imperfections due to printing, cutting, or packaging processes – We do not guarantee any specific grading outcome (e.g., PSA 10, CGC 9.5)
- All raw cards are sold as-is, and returns or refunds are not accepted due to card condition, centering, print lines, or similar cosmetic concerns.
We handle cards with care using protective materials (toploaders, sleeves, etc.) and aim to ship them securely.
Sealed Products & Pull Rates
Candy Cards sells sealed products (e.g. booster packs, boxes, blisters) that contain randomized cards. We do not guarantee:
- Specific cards or rarity pulls (e.g., Ultra Rare, Secret Rare, Alt Art) Hit ratios or values
- That duplicates will be avoided
Sealed products remain factory-packed and are never tampered with. Customers purchase these items with full understanding of the random nature of collectible card games.
Redemption Codes & Digital Cards
Occasionally, Candy Cards may include: – Redemption cards (e.g. QR codes or scratch-off codes) Virtual prizes or digital-only rewards
These codes are unique and intended for one-time use only. Candy Cards is not responsible for: Lost or stolen codes after delivery – Incorrect redemption due to user error – Expired promotions from third-party platforms
If your code does not work and you believe the issue is on our side, please contact us at info@candycards.eu within 7 days of receiving it.
Authenticity
All products sold by Candy Cards are sourced from verified distributors or official suppliers within the EU/UK.
If you believe you have received a counterfeit or tampered item, please contact us immediately and include detailed photos and order information. We take authenticity claims seriously and will investigate each case carefully.
Grading and Customer Responsibility
Candy Cards does not grade cards or provide grading opinions. If you intend to send raw cards for grading: – You assume all risks associated with grading outcomes – We are not liable for any rejection or lower-than-expected grades – We do not accept returns based on grading results
Disputes and Exceptions
If you believe there is a serious issue (e.g., card missing from the shipment, incorrect item sent, damaged in transit), please email us at info@candycards.eu within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
Please note: minor cosmetic issues or dissatisfaction with card pulls from sealed products are not eligible for return or refund.
Final notes
By placing an order through Candy Cards, you acknowledge and accept this Raw Cards Policy in full. We encourage all customers to collect responsibly and understand the inherent randomness and variation that comes with the hobby.
